WHY: Newport Beach-based Western Realco launched in 1972 and has since provided real estate development services in California and the Western United States. The company has directly or indirectly worked on more than 90 buildings, totaling 17M SF, in California and Nevada.
IN THE NEWS: Western Realco was working on completing a few projects in 2024, including an 11-acre ground up development in Lake Forest, with two buildings totaling 228K SF on the site.
NOTABLE: Major tenants occupying space developed by Western Realco include Big “O” Tires, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Lucky Stores, Saks Fifth Avenue and the U.S. Postal Service.
