WHY: CEO of Olive Crest, eighth largest nonprofit in OC serving thousands of children and families across Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties with a $84.2M annual budget. 

IN THE NEWS: RSI Dream Communities and Olive Crest broke ground on 16-unit apartment building last year for transitional housing. Nonprofit’s 13K volunteers donated nearly 4M hours in 2024, saving organization $80M. 

NOTABLE: His parents, Dr. Donald Verleur and Lois Verleur, had been opening their home to children and teens in need since 1973, the year they founded Olive Crest.
