NOTABLE: Metevier replaced co-owners Chris Britt and Ed St. Geme as CEO of pizza franchise in 2024; first joined chain in 2018 as chief operating officer. Career includes 23 years with Yum Brands Inc. (NYSE: YUM), growing from a GM to COO of KFC division.
QUOTABLE: Metevier said the chain’s indoor dining rooms are by design: “If you can put programs and a great guest experience in place, you can capitalize on that, grow your average unit volumes (AUVs) and actually drive greater profitability.”

Nancy began her career 30 years ago at the Orange County Register, where she covered a range of beats, including retail, consumer trends, transportation, healthcare, and tourism.
