UST, the global IT services company, has acquired Taciti Consulting, a Texas-based SAP Silver Partner focused on strategic, large-scale ERP transformation. Financial details were not released.
The deal strengthens UST’s Enterprise Business Applications portfolio and its SaaS++ strategy, adding Taciti’s SAP consulting depth, proprietary transformation approaches, and more than 240 employees across the U.S. and India.
Executives of Aliso Viejo-based US said in a statement this week that the acquisition supports growing demand in the SAP modernization market, while Taciti says the move gives its clients access to a broader global delivery network without losing its client-first advisory model.
