IT services provider and consulting firm Trace3 said today it has purchased Zivaro, a Denver-based government and public sector-focused technology provider. Financial details were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow for the creation of a new business segment to be known as Trace3 Government, the Irvine-based company said.
“Integrating Zivaro’s public sector and critical infrastructure expertise into the Trace3 portfolio of end-to-end solutions will drive true business transformation for both Trace3 and Zivaro clients, as well as our collective partners,” said Trace3 CEO Rich Fennessy in a statement.
