Irvine-Based Company Buys Ontario Office for $25M

The Lakeview Center comprises two Class A, three-story office buildings

An Irvine-based commercial real estate investor has acquired a two-building Class A office campus in the Inland Empire for $24.75 million in an off-market deal.

MGR Real Estate purchased the Lakeview Center, a 106,345-square-foot office property at 3257 E. Guasti Road in the Ontario submarket, from Santa Monica-based BH Properties. The office is between Ontario International Airport and Ontario Mills Mall.

Newmark Vice Chairman Paul Jones, Senior Managing Director Brandon White and U.S. Capital Markets Co-Head Kevin Shannon represented the seller. MGR founder and Chief Executive Officer Michael Rademaker and Vice President of Real Estate Tony Hermosillo represented themselves.

Built in 2004 as part of the master-planned Centrelake Business Park, the Lakeview Center comprises two Class A, three-story office buildings with steel-and-glass exteriors, central lobbies and a campus-like courtyard overlooking a lake.
