Movie production and distribution company World Wide Motion Pictures Corp., Huntington Beach, now traded on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board as WWMP, is applying for listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap market. It is currently trading for 25 cents with 48 million issued and outstanding shares of common stock.
The company is gearing up for new film, TV and Internet projects. Some of its recent projects include “Shattered Illusions,” a thriller starring Morgan Fairchild, and “Ninth Street” with Isaac Hayes and Martin Sheen.
