WellPoint Raises Outlook as Earnings Top Estimates

WellPoint Inc. posted higher-than-expected quarterly profit on Wednesday on better performance of its health plans for small businesses and it raised its full-year outlook, the latest in a string of strong second-quarter earnings reports for health insurers.
