The Lamplighter, an apartment complex in Huntington Beach, was purchased by an affiliate of A&M Properties for $20 million, or $317,460 per unit.

The 63-unit complex is at 16102 Springdale St., near Edinger Avenue.

The property was sold by a family partnership that was the original developer, and it collected over a dozen offers before the final sale, according to Marcus & Millichap.

Tyler Leeson and Matthew Kipp of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer.
