The six-unit complex is located at 326 13th St. in Huntington Beach.

This was a 1031 exchange for the buyer, who sold another multi-family property prior to this closing. The property purchased is located near Pacific Coast Highway, according to CoStar Group Inc.

David Abu of Coastline West Realty represented both the buyer and seller.
