The buyer is a family-owned packing business that was established in 1965, according to CBRE Group Inc.

Ed Smith of Lee & Associates Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Anthony DeLorenzo, Gary Stache, and Doug Mack of CBRE Group represented the seller.
