Children’s Hospital of Orange County purchased a medical building from Alliance Funding Group for $11.35 million, or $445 per square foot.
The 25,500-square-foot building is at 3745 W. Chapman Ave. in Orange.
The seller plans to lease back the space for three months then vacate. CHOC Children’s will occupy the entire building with a department unknown at this time. The city of Orange has approved a 100% conversion to medical office, according to CoStar Group Inc.
