The 27,379-square-foot property is at 2650 E. Imperial Highway in Brea.

The buyer made the purchase as a value-added opportunity and is seeking a tenant for the vacant first floor, according to John Son of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Son represented the buyer. Mike Misera of Pres Real Estate Cos. represented the seller.
