Michigan City, Ind.-based Dwyer Instruments Inc. sold an industrial building to Freeway Industrial Park for $2.9 million, or $244 per square foot.
The 12,270-square-foot property is at 1375 N. McCan St. in Anaheim.
The buyer plans to do a minor remodel and lease out the building to a new tenant, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. The purchase was part of a 1031 exchange, and the seller was the former occupant.
