U.K.-based electronics parts supplier BI Technologies sold a 64,250-square-foot industrial building in Fullerton to Guthrie Development for $7.8 million, or about $121 per square foot.
The building is on a 208,740-square-foot lot at 4200 Bonita Place.
Guthrie plans to renovate the building, add a large truck court in the excess parking area, and a fenced yard.
