Stark & Aldrich LLC recently purchased two apartment complexes for $9.8 million, or about $327,000 per unit.
The complexes are at 7891-7901 Stark Drive and 7912-7922 Aldrich St. in Huntington Beach, and consist of 14 and 16 units, respectively.
The sale closed within 70 days at about 95% occupancy, according to brokerage Sperry Commercial.
Frank Dinari of Sperry Commercial represented the buyer, and Patrick Swanson of Colliers International represented the seller, which was undisclosed.
