AMZ Properties sold an industrial building in Anaheim to 4340 E. Miraloma LLC for $6.4 million, or about $170 per square foot.

The 37,561-square-foot property is at 4340 E. Miraloma Ave.

The building includes 5,000 square feet of recently remodeled and renovated office space, 24-foot warehouse clearance and two dock high doors. The buyer expects to fully occupy the building by next month, according to Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Brokers involved in the deal included Luke Hudson of Lee & Associates, and Re/Max Holdings Inc.’s Joe Kim.

Hudson represented the buyer, and Kim represented the seller.
