The 12,580-square-foot property is at 4020 and 4030 Barranca Parkway.
It consists of two single-tenant freestanding restaurant buildings occupied by Mimi’s Cafe and Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks, which are nearing the end of their lease terms, according to Faris Lee Investments.
