The 14,136-square-foot free-standing building is at 23231 E. La Palma Ave.
It has 6,526 square feet of office space and three ground-level loading doors, according to Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Penta Pacific Properties’ Brian Park, as well as Jason DiRocco, Mitch Zehner and Seth Davenport of Voit Real Estate Services.
Park represented the buyer. DiRocci, Zehner and Davenport represented the seller.
