The 9,000-square-foot building is at 711-715 S. Raymond Ave.
One of the tenants occupying the single-story building is Roy’s Transmission Service, according to real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
It said the building has three ground-level doors, 12-foot ceiling height, and 600 square feet of office space.
