The 13,900-square-foot property is at 1301 E. Lincoln Ave.
The two-story building was 95% occupied at the time of the sale, according to data service provider CoStar Group Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Keller Williams Realty Inc.’s Hal Schlegel, Rob Rader of Wind Water Realty Advisers Inc., and Erik Thompson of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
Schlegel represented the seller; Rader and Thompson represented the buyer.
