Lease

Speech Pathology Associates Inc. signed a lease renewal and extension at 4010 Barranca Parkway in Irvine.

The 6,900-square-foot office space will include an upgrade to Speech Pathology’s existing space, according to Newport Beach-based real estate brokerage firm The Saywitz Co.

The lease’s length is 6 ½ years, and the cost was more than $1.3 million.

Brokers involved in the deal included Saywitz Co.’s Barry Saywitz, as well as Andrew Robben and John Desper of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Robben and Desper represented the landlords, Equity Office and New York Life.

Saywitz represented the tenant.
