In addition to industrial space, the property features 1,608 square feet of office space and a 1.5-acre fenced yard, according to Voit Real Estate Services Inc.
Brokers involved in the deal included Chris Coyte of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services and Greg Velastegui of Voit Real Estate Services.
Coyte represented the seller, and Velastegui represented the buyer.
