Newport Beach-based Clean Energy Fuels Corp. was up 5.5% to $3.12 and a $329 million market cap on moderate volume. The company produced an unexpected profit in its quarterly report earlier this month.
MANUFACTURING
Newport Beach-based Terra Tech Corp. was up 18% to 31 cents and a $109 million market cap on above average volume. A vegetable growing subsidiary of the maker of hydroponic growing equipment began shipping a proprietary brand leaf lettuce to 300 ShopRite supermarkets in the northeastern U.S.
