Aliso Viejo-based New Home Co. Inc. was down 3.6% to $12.02 and a $241 market cap. JMP Securities cut its price target on the builder’s shares to $18 with a “market outperform” rating.
FINANCE
Irvine-based Impac Mortgage Holdings was up 3.8% to $18.22 and a $188 million market cap on moderate volume as the residential lender recovered ground lost in the last several sessions; its share price has fallen 10% this week.
