The western apparel retailer today saw analysts at Jefferies maintain a “buy” rating on its shares with a price target of $40, and B. Riley analysts initiate coverage with a “buy” rating and a price target of $35.
REAL ESTATE
Aliso Viejo-based Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. was up 1.4% to $14.83 and a $3.1 billion market cap. Analysts at Wells Fargo upgraded the hotel REIT’s shares to “outperform” and set an $18 price target.
Newport Beach-based William Lyon Homes was up 2.1% to $25.67 and an $807 million market cap. Analysts at JMP Securities maintained a “market outperform” rating on the builder’s shares with a price target of $31.
