HEALTHCARE
Irvine-based Sabra Health Care REIT Inc. was down 3.5% to $25.40 and a $1.5 billion market cap. The healthcare facility owner said it expects to receive $149 million from an offering of 5.9 million shares of common stock, for a price of about $25.25. The shares had traded about eight times the 90-day average by midday.
Costa Mesa-based Nemus Bioscience Inc. was down 13.7% to $1.95 and a $32 million market cap on high volume. The cannabis-products maker had seen triple its 90-day average share volume by midday; shares have lost 25% of their value this week.
