Irvine-based maker of low carbon products Clean Energy Technologies Inc. (OTC: CETY) jumped 6% to 4 cents per share and a $39.1 million market cap. The company this month reported it has finalized a deal to develop with Ashfield Ag Resources a $15 million renewable energy processing facility in Massachusetts.
