Boot Barn Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BOOT) in Irvine was up 13% to $24.81 and a $673 million market cap. The Western wear retailer beat expectations on earnings.
HEALTHCARE
PharmaCyte Biotech Inc. (OTC: PMCB) in Laguna Hills was up 9% to 56 cents and a $56 million market cap. It develops cellular therapies to treat cancer and diabetes and today reported the completion of a series of tests of company technology for use against pancreatic cancer.
