New Home Co. Inc. (NYSE: NWHM) in Aliso Viejo was down 2% to $10.90 and a $229 million market cap. The developer and builder reported net income of $4.3 million on revenue of about $158 million in its most recent quarter, down from net income of $5.5 million on revenue of about $178 million.
HEALTHCARE
Peregrine Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: PPHM) was up 7% to $4.62 and a $208 million market cap. Two shareholders that collectively hold about 10% of the company put forth a slate of six directors to the cancer drug developer’s board and called for an annual meeting to be held.
