“The transaction will bring immediate scale to Lantronix, with revenues from the combined company expected to total more than $100 million on an annual basis,” Lantronix said in a statement today.
Shares in Lantronix closed down 2.1% at $5.15 apiece for a market cap of almost $149 million. They fell 1.9% in after-hours trading.
