A summit of mayors from the United States and Mexico to discuss trade, government and technology is set for Feb. 13-16.

The cities of Irvine and Santa Ana are co-hosts of the event. Among the expected speakers are Gov. Gray Davis and Patricio Martinez, governor of the Mexican state of Chihuahua. About 200 mayors from both countries have been invited to the event, as well as business executives.

The three-day event will include tours of the Irvine Spectrum, a dinner at Disneyland, and various panels. For more information, contact Lynn Howes at RiechesBaird Advertising Agency at (949) 586-1200.
