A summit of mayors from the United States and Mexico to discuss trade, government and technology is set for Feb. 13-16.
The cities of Irvine and Santa Ana are co-hosts of the event. Among the expected speakers are Gov. Gray Davis and Patricio Martinez, governor of the Mexican state of Chihuahua. About 200 mayors from both countries have been invited to the event, as well as business executives.
