Univision Accepts $12.3B Bid

Los Angeles-based Univision Communications Inc. said on Tuesday it accepted a $12.3 billion buyout offer from an investor group led by media mogul Haim Saban, sending its shares 6% higher and ending a tense auction for the Hispanic broadcaster.
