Sources: Fed Moves to Broker Deal for Wachovia

The Federal Reserve is brokering discussions between Wells Fargo & Co. and Citigroup Inc. over which of the banks will buy Wachovia Corp.’s assets, people familiar with the matter said on Sunday.
