Contract/customized training
Saddleback College offers an easy way to increase staff productivity through customized training and staff development programs. Whether looking for computer skills, business writing or English as a second language instruction, Saddleback College can assist you. All programs and services are scheduled around your company’s needs and timelines. Classes can be held at your business site, a community location or at the college’s Mission Viejo campus.
Computer/information management
The CIM program offers degrees and certificates within four options: microcomputer software specialist, network systems specialist, applications developer and business systems analyst. Additionally, specialty concentrations are offered with the Microcomputer Software Specialist Certificate Program, including operating systems, word processing, desktop publishing and multimedia authoring.
International business
Technology has created new business environments with new requirements for competing in the global marketplace. Saddleback College’s new International Business Program focuses on the dynamics of international organizations, trade, language, socio-economic and cultural forces, political and legal issues, and emerging global markets.

Saddleback’s Business Management Program develops high-quality managers in business management, supervision and leadership. The program is structured to furnish a broad preparation for careers in business at the entry or promotion to mid-management levels, supervision, small business development or professional management preparation.
Sales/merchandising
Activities related to this program include personal selling, selection and buying of merchandise, advertising, inventory control, customer relations and pricing. The Sales and Merchandising Program includes options in professional retailing and business marketing.
Real estate & appraisal
This comprehensive program trains people to become effective professionals in the real estate field. Activities related to the program are real estate practice law, appraisal, finance, computations, escrow, investment, exchanging and taxation. Options are available in the areas of escrow, appraisal and real estate sales associate.
