An Orange County developer has started construction on a 70,000-square-foot office building in Corona.
Main Street Plaza has been “tilted” and had its roof attached, said Barbara Turlson, spokeswoman for Rexco Real Estate Development, Orange, which is building and developing the project.
The three-story project at 391 N. Main St., near the Riverside (91) Freeway and the Fender Guitar Museum, will cost about $9 million to build. Business Bank of California has signed a lease agreement to occupy 7,000 square feet on the first floor of the building, the only part of the project leased so far.
Construction is expected to be finished in June.
