Bay Harbor Investments paid $15.5 million to aluminum products maker Universal Alloy Corp. for 190,000 square feet of industrial space on La Palma Avenue in Anaheim. The company, part of Switzerland’s Alu Menziken Group, is leasing back the space under a 10-year deal. Jonmark Fabiano, Mel Koich and Bill Lee of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented Universal Alloy. Spectrum Commercial Services represented the buyer.
Delaware’s Monrovia Avenue LLC paid $4.2 million to Petree Properties II for a two-story office building at 1499 Monrovia St. in Newport Beach. Danny Pender of the Nathan Howard Group Inc. represented the buyer. Bob Hitchock of Charles Dunn Co. represented the seller.
An unnamed private investor paid $2.5 million to an undisclosed seller for the 15-unit Shady Lane apartment complex at 13871 Shady Lane in Garden Grove. Steve Heri and Cara Weichman of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented both parties.
