supplier Ofna D & S; Corp. paid $1.7 million to Clarence P. Becwar for a 14,928-square-foot industrial building at 7 Vanderbilt in Irvine. The company is moving from Laguna Hills. Ted Rommel of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented Ofna. Kirk Cole of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Becwar.

Seidner Trading Co. paid $1 million to Richard R. Greenland for a 9,420-square-foot industrial building at 10843 Los Vaqueros Circle in Los Alamitos. David Cox of Ashwill Associates Inc. represented both parties.

Chris Bell paid $1 million to Seidner Trading Co. for a 10,650-square-foot industrial building at 1239 Pomona Road in Corona. David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented Bell. Walter Frome of Trammell Crow Co. represented Seidner Trading.

Wilem Vaughn Properties paid $1 million to Bill and Fay Amneus for a 10,354-square-foot industrial building at 1140 Armando in Anaheim. Steve Bryant of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Big Train Inc. paid $2.3 million to Costa Mesa-based Brookhollow Group for a 20,500-square-foot industrial building at 30412 Esperanza in Rancho Santa Margarita. Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates represented Big Train. Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Brookhollow.

Royal Mattress Co. of Orange paid $1.6 million to Paul and Amy Dundon for a 15,800-square-foot industrial building at 1925 N. Lime St. in Orange. Shaun Kearney and Tom Mulrooney of Ashwill Associates represented both parties.


LEASES

Virgin Entertainment Group Inc. renewed its lease for 13,912 square feet of retail space at 1870 Harbor Blvd. at Costa Mesa’s Triangle Square. The space is home to Virgin Megastore. Terms weren’t disclosed. Mike Rielly of Townsend & Associates represented the tenant. Josh Shapiro of Charles Dunn Co. represented landlord Triangle Square Investment LLC.

Barnes & Noble Inc. renewed its lease for 11,534 square feet of retail space at 1870 Harbor Blvd. at Costa Mesa’s Triangle Square. Terms weren’t disclosed. Josh Shapiro of Charles Dunn represented landlord Triangle Square Investment. The tenant represented itself.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage leased 8,917 square feet of office space at 6833 Quail Hill Parkway in Irvine. Terms weren’t disclosed. Rick Fazendin of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant. Brad Rawlins and Allen Basso of Lee & Associates represented landlord The Irvine Company.

General Nutrition Cos. renewed its lease for 1,023 square feet of retail space at 1870 Harbor Blvd. at Costa Mesa’s Triangle Square. Terms weren’t disclosed. Josh Shapiro of Charles Dunn represented landlord Triangle Square Investment LLC. The tenant represented itself.
