LEASES
S & J; Supply Co. subleased a 12,500-square-foot industrial building in Santa Fe Springs from Patent Construction Systems. The 97-month contract was valued at $2.1 million. Clif Fincher and John Tenaglia of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented Patent Construction Systems.
Precision Waterjet Inc. leased a 17,160-square-foot industrial building at 635 W. Angus Ave. in Orange from Stephen D. Crank. The five-year contract was valued at $0.6 million. Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office represented both parties.
OTHER
Transwestern Commercial Services began construction of a 13,500-square-foot retail plaza at the Hutton Center office complex in Santa Ana. The $5 million retail site will feature a food court, dry cleaning service, florist, nutritional center and other venues.
