The Praedium Group LLC and Orion Property Partners Inc. paid $15 million to Banyan Realty Group for a 65,030-square-foot office building at 15707 Rockfield Blvd. in Irvine. The building sold for $232 per square foot. Robert Smith and Michael Kane of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented both parties.
Santa Ana-based Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union paid $10.4 million to Catellus Development Corp. for a 59,825-square-foot flex-tech building at 15222 Del Amo Ave. in Tustin. The building sold for $174.50 per square foot. The credit union had been leasing the building. Rick Sherburne and Marie Hill of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the buyer. Paul Root and Dave Kinney of Madison Street Partners represented the seller.
DP Beach LLC paid $7.5 million to Old West Center LLC for the 31,447-square-foot Warner Springdale Plaza shopping center at 5902 to 5960 Warner Ave. in Huntington Beach. The plaza sold for $240 per square foot. Eric Wohl and Edward Hanley of the Hanley Brown Group represented both parties.
Costa Mesa-based JC Motors, a motorcycle shipper and seller of motorcycle accessories, paid $3.5 million to Potrans International Inc. for a 15,462-square-foot industrial building at 16591 Noyes Ave. in Irvine. The building sold for $225 per square foot. JC plans to occupy 8,700 square feet of the building. The remaining 6,762 square feet is leased until February. John Suggs, Wade Tift, Kirk Cole and Byron Foss of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented both parties.
Rick Rambo paid $2.1 million to Bryan Rogers for a 13,500-square-foot industrial building at 1739 N. Case St. in Orange. David Williams of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. in Orange represented both parties.
Sarah and Gregory Agee paid $526,000 to Hyland Partners LLC for a 2,022-square-foot office condominium. Eileen Schuler of Schuler Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Sam Olmstead & Tim Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.
New York-based Verizon Communications Inc. leased a 42,383-square-foot industrial building at 1641 and 1643 S. Sunkist St. in Anaheim. The five-year deal is valued at $1.4 million. Troy Williams and Mike Finley of Grubb & Ellis represented Verizon. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit represented landlord RREEF Funds LLC.
Yorba Linda-based Zinda Marketing Inc. leased a 16,030-square-foot industrial building at 1891 Delilah in Corona. The five-year lease is valued at $669,000. Doug Shinoda of Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Co. represented the tenant. Pat Delaney and Rob Leiter of Lee & Associates represented landlord Mark & Zel Dundas.
Portland, Ore.-based Olukai Premium Footwear leased 9,560 square feet of flex space at 75 Argonaut in Aliso Viejo. The value of the four-year lease was not disclosed.
