Saunders Property Group paid $5.7 million to Investment Development Services for three office buildings totaling 39,830 square feet at 29811, 29829 and 29881 Santa Margarita Parkway in Rancho Santa Margarita. Jeff Hanson and Ryan Gallagher of Grubb & Ellis Co., along with Dave Smith and Adam Wicker of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc., represented both parties.
Brian Williams paid $5.6 million to Portico Charle Street LLC for the 32-unit Palms Apartments at 2077 Charle St. in Costa Mesa. Jay Skenderian and Grant Hahn of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller. Lilly Labash of Kennedy Wilson represented the buyer.
CD Video Manufacturing paid $4 million to SVN Equities for a 56,397-square-foot industrial building at 12650 Westminster Ave. in Garden Grove. Darren McDonald, Ted Sawyer, Tom Gilmer and Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates represented both parties.
LEASES
Troika Games LLC leased 8,745 square feet of office space at 17991 Cowan in Irvine. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Barry Knudson and Jeff Carr of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented landlord Olen Commercial Realty Corp. Randy Mason of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
