SALES

Jamboree LLC paid $20 million to Kensington Jamboree LP, part of Kensington Real Estate Group of Tustin, for the 58,504-square-foot Jamboree Promenade Retail Center at 2626 to 2646 Dupont Drive in Irvine. Phil Voorhees, Gary Stache and Pat Scruggs of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented both parties.

GGF LLC paid $18.6 million to CREDI Bristol for the 100,375-square-foot Bristol Marketplace shopping center at Bristol and 17th Streets in Santa Ana. The center is 96% full with tenants including Ralphs and Blockbuster. Faris Lee Investments represented both parties.

An unnamed Orange County private investor paid $2 million to a Los Angeles family trust for a 43,710-square-foot industrial building at 6920 Stanton Ave. in Buena Park. The building used to house a Tera Pharmaceuticals Inc. plant. Tucker Brown of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer. Jim St. Omer Roy and John Rothwell of Daum Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

Lonesome Cove LLC paid an estimated $1.5 million to Robert Perry for a 30,155-square-foot industrial park at 1771 to 1757 Claudina Way in Anaheim. Tad Garabedian, David Cox and Tom Mulrooney of Ashwill Associates Inc. represented both parties.

Industrial Vacuum supplier Pacific Tek paid $657,000 to the Cardenas Family Trust for a 7,300-square-foot industrial building at 2231 Cape Cod in Santa Ana. David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented Pacific Tek. Greg Diablo and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.

LEASES

FedEx Corp. leased 65,517 square feet of industrial space at 540 to 544 Melrose Ave. in Placentia. The five-year deal is valued at $2.24 million. Fischer & Co. represented FedEx. Ian Britton and Brad Bierbaum of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord CTG Properties LLC.

Environ Holdings Inc. leased 17,783 square feet of office space at 2010 Main Plaza in Irvine. Terms weren’t disclosed. Jonti Bacharach of Staubach Co. represented Environ Holdings. Mark Valentine of landlord Equity Office Properties Trust represented his company.

Gannett Satellite Information Network Inc., part of Gannett Co., expanded and renewed its lease for a total of 15,022-square-feet at 18 Centerpointe Drive in La Palma. The seven-year deal is valued at $1.3 million. Bruce Schuman of Studley represented Gannett. Tina LaMonica of landlord Arden Realty Inc. represented her company.

Aramark Corp. leased 13,663 square feet of office space at 2010 Main Plaza in Irvine, where it consolidated two leased spaces. Terms were not disclosed. Aramark was represented by Brian Doner of Daum Commercial Real Estate. Mark Valentine of landlord Equity Office represented his company.

Small, Henstridge, Cabodi & Pyles LLP renewed its lease for 6,006-square-feet of office space at 28202 Cabot Road in Laguna Niguel. The three-year deal is valued at $461,000. George Economos of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Andy Batcheller of landlord Arden Realty represented his company.
