SALES

Arthur Pearl Investment Co. purchased The 635 Building at 635 Camino de los Mares in San Clemente from CLM Associates Ltd. for $3.3 million. David Holstein of Marcus & Millichap represented Arthur Pearl. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.’s Newport Beach office represented CLM Associates.

De Anza Plaza Apartments bought the 19-unit Whitaker Terrace at 8122 Whitaker St. in Buena Park for $1.6 million. Park Weaver of Marcus & Millichap represented De Anza.

Vanna Regner purchased the 2,800-square-foot Chipotle Mexican Grill at 22379 El Toro Road in Lake Forest from El Toro Road #1 LLC for $1.2 million. Scott G. Hook and Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap represented Regner.

14010 Yukon Ave. LP acquired the 16-unit Matterhorn Apartments at 219 W. Midway Drive in Anaheim from Matterhorn Enterprises for $1 million. Jorge Medina of Tropical Realty represented the partnership. Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group’s Newport Beach office represented Matterhorn.

John R. Saunders bought a 62,000-square-foot space at 2021-2061 Business Center Drive in Irvine from Household Commercial for $3.7 million. Philip Anshutz of Hensley Realty Corp. represented Saunders. John Bosco of Charles Dunn Commercial represented Household Commercial.

Paul Dunlap purchased the 26-unit College Palms Apartments at 2321-2357 Commonwealth Ave. in Fullerton from the Chen family for $1.9 million. Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group’s Newport Beach office represented Dunlap. Guy Torelli of Torelli Realty represented the family.

Robert Hernandez of Anaheim acquired the 88-unit University Gardens Apartments in Riverside from Granite Riverside LLC of Newport Beach for $3.3 million. Menlo Family Ltd. purchased the 16-unit Whiting Apartments at 2017-2025 E. Whiting Ave. in Fullerton from Paul Dunlap for $1 million. Amrit Bharit of First Countrywide Realty represented Menlo. Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group’s Newport Beach office represented Dunlap.

2021-61 BCD LLC bought a 62,000-square-foot business park at 2021-61 Business Center Drive in Irvine from Household Commercial of California Inc. for $3.4 million. Phil Anshutz of Hensley Realty Corp. represented the buyer. John Bosko of Charles Dunn Co.’s Irvine office represented Household Commercial.

Scheer, Tanaka, Dennehy, Riley Architects bought an 8,000-square-foot office building at 3190-K Airport Loop Drive in Costa Mesa from Airport Loop Investors for $1.1 million. Chuck Hardy of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented the architectural firm. Dan Curtis of Curtis & Associates represented Airport Loop Investors.

Optum LLC bought a 53,908-square-foot building at 3330 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa from Harbor South Coast LLC for $8.9 million. Mike Meisenbach of Lee & Associates-Newport Beach Inc. represented both parties.

209 Fabricante LLC bought a 23,000-square-foot office building in San Clemente from Dynamic Builders Inc. for $3 million. Bob Clippinger of Providence Realty Group Inc. represented both parties.

Tidelands Inc. purchased the 21,000-square-foot Laguna Hills Medical Arts building for $3 million. Bob Clippinger of Providence Realty Group Inc. represented Tidelands. In addition, Tidelands and Clippinger bought the 5,600-square-foot Colonnade Retail Center in Laguna Beach for $1.5 million.


LEASES

Hans Mumper and Kirby Greenlee of USAA Realty Co. brokered the lease of 113,000 square feet at the Dupont Center office complex in Irvine to various tenants, bringing the center to 95% occupancy.

IT Group leased 14,244 square feet at MacArthur Corporate Park at 3123 MacArthur Blvd. in Santa Ana from RREEF Management Co. David Desper and Tom West of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented RREEF.

Benefit Services Inc. leased 1,285 square feet at Yorba Linda Business Park at 22343 La Palma Ave. in Yorba Linda. In addition, John G. David/CA Designs leased 1,109 square feet at Yorba Linda Business Park. Mike Lantham of Arden Realty Inc. represented Benefit Services Inc. and John G. David/CA Designs for both transactions.


OTHER

Tustin-based DMK is completing the 59,000-square-foot FoodsCo. grocery store in Fresno. The $2.9 million project is part of Eastgate Shopping Center.
