Hans Mumper and Kirby Greenlee of USAA Realty Co. brokered the lease of 113,000 square feet at the Dupont Center office complex in Irvine to various tenants, bringing the center to 95% occupancy.
IT Group leased 14,244 square feet at MacArthur Corporate Park at 3123 MacArthur Blvd. in Santa Ana from RREEF Management Co. David Desper and Tom West of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented RREEF.
Benefit Services Inc. leased 1,285 square feet at Yorba Linda Business Park at 22343 La Palma Ave. in Yorba Linda. In addition, John G.
