F & F; Park Monaco LLC purchased a 13,907-square-foot office building at 32392 S. Coast Highway in Laguna Beach for $2.3 million. Garrett Scholer of Marcus & Millichap represented both F & F; and the sellers, Dr. David and Linda Marrow, and Gary Grant of Marcus & Millichap also represented the Marrows.
OREQ Inc. purchased an 85,390-square-foot industrial building in the Remington Corporate Center at 27413 Remington Ave. in Temecula for $4.3 million. Jim Oliver of Lee & Associates in Orange and Gene St. Amand of Coldwell Banker represented the manufacturer of swimming-pool products and Don Goldberg of Colliers International represented the seller, West 178 LP.
The Weiner Living Trust purchased a 27,589-square-foot industrial building in the Irvine Industrial Complex at 7070 Patterson in Garden Grove for $2.3 million. J.R. Wildermuth of Associated Commercial Properties represented the trust and David Knowlton of NAI Capital Commercial represented the seller, Thomas Potter.
Santa Fe Members LLC purchased a 239,580-square-foot parcel on Pioneer Boulevard in Santa Fe Springs for $1 million. Clif Fincher of Lee & Associates in Orange Inc. and Tim Cronin of Lee & Associates in Commerce Inc. represented the buyer and the seller, Union Pacific Railroad.
CONTRACTS
TA Construction, a general contractor in Orange, was awarded a contract to build a new sanctuary for the Yorba Linda Presbyterian Church at 19301 E. Yorba Linda Blvd. in Yorba Linda. The contract is valued at more than $1.3 million. Construction is scheduled to start in June.
Lake Forest-based Professional Community Management Inc. has been selected to provide full-service community management services for the Algria Homeowners Association on La Moree Road in San Marcos. The developer of the new 60-unit community of single-family homes is Ashbrooke Communities.
OTHER
Amstar Group Ltd. announced 85% occupancy in its office building at 555 Anton in Costa Mesa. The building has 236,183 square feet of space.
Lucas General Contracting Corp. has started construction on The Fountains at Anaheim Hills. The 259-unit apartment complex is scheduled to be completed this year.
Carrier Johnson, Irvine, is designing Sorrento South Corporate Center, a 285,000-sqaure-foot complex in San Diego, for WCB Properties, Newport Beach. Swinerton & Walberg Co., the general contractor, has broken ground on the two-building complex.
