Undisclosed buyers paid $2.2 million to Michael Meyer for two single-tenant medical/office condominiums totaling 7,413 square feet at 999 N. Tustin Ave., Suites 1 and 216/218 in Santa Ana. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. represented the seller. Paul Bitonti and Peter Deltondo of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyers.
THBK LLC paid $1.5 million to JS Residential LP for the six-unit Domingo Villas apartment complex at 801 Domingo Drive in Newport Beach. The property sold at a 5% capitalization rate and $258,333 per unit. Steven Brombal of Hendricks & Partners Inc. represented both parties.
An undisclosed buyer paid $1.2 million to an undisclosed seller for Nara Bank, a 20,031-square-foot retail property at 1138 E. 6th St. in Corona. Scott Hook and Cory Waxman of Marcus & Millichap represented the

Advantage Sales and Marketing LLC leased 48,468 square feet of office space at 18100 Von Karman in Irvine. The marketing agency will occupy the top two floors of the building and have top signage. The value of the seven-year lease wasn’t disclosed. Ken Ward and Brett Merz of Cresa Parners LLC represented the tenant. Landlord Irvine Company represented itself.
CNI Vocational College leased 35,462 square feet of office space in two buildings at the Town & Country Business Park in Orange. The seven-year lease is valued at $5.7 million. Drew Netherton of UGL Equis Corp. represented the tenant. Jon McClintock represented his company, landlord The Colton Co.
Thomas Kirk and Toberty LLP leased 3,413 square feet of office space at 2201 Dupont Centre Drive in Irvine. The lease renewal represents an expansion for the law firm. Lease terms weren’t disclosed. John Weiner, Jeff Morgan and Dean Chandler of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented landlord KBS Realty Advisors LLC. Steve Lee of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the tenant.
