An undisclosed buyer paid $2.4 million to Bacchus Development Co. for a 9,900-square-foot office building at 16441 Scientific Way in Irvine. The building sold for $250 per square foot. It is part of the Bacchus Signature Series office park. Stephen Madigan of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Bacchus Development represented itself.
Ninety-Nine Eighty LLC paid $2.2 million to Bacchus Development for a 9,900-square-foot office building at 9980 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine. The building sold for $220 per square foot and is part of the Bacchus Signature Series office park. Eric Tse and Oliver Ternate of Zuvich Corporate Advisors Inc. represented the buyer. Steve Beckett and Tibor Kelemen of Bacchus Development represented their company.
Happy Medium Ventures LLC paid $1.4 million to Bacchus Development for a 6,000-square-foot building at 9860 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine. The building sold for $240 per square foot. James Ruiz of Huffman West represented the buyer. Bacchus represented itself.
Long Dong paid $1.1 million to JPC Properties LLC for a nine-unit apartment building at 118 W. Fay Lane in Anaheim. The building sold at a capitalization rate of 6.3%. Jon Mitchell and Chris Stensby of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. represented both parties.
Laguna College of Art and Design paid $1 million to an undisclosed seller for a 3,000-square-foot building at 2633 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach. The property will be used to house the college’s master of fine arts program. Stevan Gromet of Portfolio Partners Inc. represented the college. Richard Miller of Transtar Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.

Online Consignment Depot leased 11,700 square feet of industrial space at 201 E. Stevens St. in Santa Ana. Brokers from Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. Martin Cos. represented the landlord.
Wolf Firm subleased 10,579 square feet of office space at 2955 E. Main in Irvine. Michael Dorsey of Grubb & Ellis represented Wolf Firm. John Gallivan of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented sublessor Heritage Escrow Co. The value of the lease was not disclosed.
Sports Deal 4 U renewed its lease of a 9,233-square-foot office space at 2030 Hesperian St. in Santa Ana. Terms weren’t disclosed. Seth Davenport of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the tenant. David Cox of Cox Commercial Inc. represented landlord Seacliff Properties NO 1 LLC.
