Jamison Properties Inc. paid $9.5 million to ZMI Real Estate for a 30,342-square-foot office building at 1151 Dove St. in Newport Beach. The building, which sold for $311 per square foot, is one of six properties Jamison Services recently bought in Southern California. Jamison Services represented itself in the deal. Kevin Shannon, Louay Alsadek, Scott Schumacher and Ken White of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller.
Lobel Financial paid $3.2 million to Brea-based Evangelical Christian Credit Union for a 22,552-square-foot office building at 1201 N. Magnolia Ave. in Anaheim. The building sold for nearly $142 per square foot. Tom Mulrooney of Ashwill Associates represented the buyer. Bob Sattler and Chris Latta of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller.
Nguyen Properties Inc. paid $2.9 million to Sommerfield Family Trust for a 31,000-square-foot industrial building at 726 W. Nicolas Ave. in Orange. The building sold for $93 per square foot. Arche Properties Group LLC paid $2.8 million to Technology Partners LLC for a 13,460-square-foot industrial building at 1040 E. Howell Ave. in Anaheim. The building sold for $208 per square foot. The building includes 5,000 square feet of office space. Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. Chris Migliori and Paul Gingrich of Daum Commercial represented the seller.
L & M; Machining Corp. paid $1.1 million to Taormina Industries LLC for a 30,210-square-foot industrial building at 2770 E. Coronado St. in Orange. The building sold for $36 per square foot. AmSafe Bridport Air Carrier, a maker of blowup emergency gear for aircraft that’s part of Phoenix-based AmSafe Inc., leased a 39,009-square-foot industrial building at 12723 E. 166th St. in Cerritos. The five-year
lease is valued at $1.65 million. AmSafe Bridport moved to Cerritos from Anaheim, where it had 24,000 square feet of industrial space at 1820 N. Lemon St. Chuck Wilson of Colliers International represented the tenant. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord Jama Properties.
