DSB Properties Inc. of Westlake Village paid $45.3 million to Levine Investments for the 144,726-square-foot Old Ranch Towne Center at 12300 to 12490 Seal Beach Blvd. in Seal Beach. The shopping center was built in 2001 and is full with Target, Ralphs, CVS and other tenants. It sold for $313 per square foot. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the buyer.

An undisclosed buyer paid $2.8 million for a 24-apartment complex at 1535 E. Canfield Lane in Anaheim. The apartments sold for $117,000 apiece. Joe Berkson of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. represented both parties.

Placentia Coast Properties LLC paid $1.6 million to Josiah Lilly for an 8,000-square-foot industrial building at 2034 Placentia Ave. in Costa Mesa. The building was put up in 1957 and renovated in 2008. It sold for $200 per square foot. The buyers plan to use the building as a vocational school. Jack McNutt of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Trent Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller.

An undisclosed buyer paid $1.6 million to Soon Joo Kim for a 5,978-square-foot retail building at 3201 N. Glassell St. in Orange. It sold for $268 per square foot. Ron Duong

of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the

buyer.

An undisclosed buyer paid $679,000 for four apartments at 207 S. Loxore St. in Anaheim. The apartments sold for $170,000 each. Christopher Stensby, Jonathan Mitchell, John Nguyen and David Beauchamp of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented both parties.
