Home and commercial plumbing contractor Plumbing Concepts paid $3.7 million to Raju Shewa for a 30,922-square-foot industrial building at 22951 E. La Palma Ave. in Yorba Linda. Chris Migliori of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Walt From and Bill Livesay of Trammell Crow Co. represented the seller.
Scott Frasco’s Iron Grip Barbell Co. paid $3.3 million to RREEF for a 34,116-square-foot industrial building at 4012 W. Garry Ave. in Santa Ana. Iron Grip, which makes weightlifting gear, moved to the building from Costa Mesa last year on a lease. Dave Desper, Bob Smith and Michael Kane of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the seller. Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented Frasco, Iron Grip’s founder.
Two Los Angeles-based private investors paid $3 million to Stone Creek Retail Investments LLC for the 16,680-square-foot Stone Creek retail center at 1159 to 1189 N. Euclid St. in Anaheim. Joe Miller and Brian Berthea of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties.
Roger Stone paid $2.6 million to an undisclosed private investor for an 11,982-square-foot office building at 5015 Birch St. in Newport Beach. George Economos, Steve Economos and Geoff DeWolf of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.
Francisco and Alicia Ceja paid $960,000 to the Money Family Trust for a 9,000-square-foot industrial building at 511 and 515 S. Raymond Ave. in Fullerton. Pat Delaney and Frank Mejia of Lee & Associates represented the buyers. Paul Fisher and David Knowlton of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.
Mike Putney and Pat Post of PDM Urethane paid $795,000 to RREEF for a 6,728-square-foot industrial building at 3021 S. Shannon St. in Santa Ana. Dave Desper, Bob Smith and Michael Kane of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
Fleming Concrete Plumbing paid $500,000 to Munselle Investments for a 5,000-square-foot industrial building at 907 Walnut St. in Santa Ana. Greg Johnson of Ashwill Associates Inc. represented both parties.
Richard P. Zele paid $408,000 to the Money Family Trust for a 4,300-square-foot industrial building at 1106 Valencia Drive in Fullerton. The buyer is relocating within Fullerton. Paul Fisher and David Knowlton of NAI Capital Commercial represented both parties.

Cincinnati-based uniform maker Cintas Corp. leased 53,842 square feet of space at 15541 Mosher Ave. in Tustin. The 10-year deal is valued at $3.2 million. Office Furniture Rental leased 31,516 square feet of warehouse space at 2100 E. Valencia in Fullerton. The five-year deal is valued at $1 million. Ryan Hawkins and Ken Ward of The Staubach Co. represented the tenant. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented landlord Layton-Belling & Associates of Newport Beach.
Xanadu Corp.’s Unicorn Delivery subleased 27,500 square feet of warehouse and industrial space at 1801-B Standard Ave. in Santa Ana. The two-year deal is valued at more than $370,000. Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented sublessor Mission Hockey Co. Peter Sowa of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented sublessee Unicorn Delivery.
Cunningham and Lindsey LLC leased 15,145 square feet of office space at 3030 Saturn St. in Brea. The five-year deal is valued at $1.3 million. Bill Early of First Scout Real Estate represented the tenant. Bob Sattler of Lee & Associates represented landlord Brea Corporate Park.
The accounting firm of Allen, Haight, Cooney & Monaghan LLP renewed its lease for 5,557 square feet of office space at 2302 Martin in Irvine. The deal is valued at $600,000.
