Wohl Investment Co., Irvine, acquired the 30,000-square-foot Barclay Plaza at Newport Boulevard and 17th Street in Costa Mesa for $4.5 million from Herman Barros. Carol Springstead of Pentz & Co. of Newport Beach represented both parties in the deal.
Voit Development Co. sold a 44,000-square-foot building at 7012 Belgrave Ave. in Garden Grove to DMW Financial Services for $3.2 million. Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Voit and Heger Realty represented DMW.
Fred R. Rippy Inc. acquired a 38,400-square-foot industrial building at 12450 Whittier Blvd. in Whittier for $1.65 million from The Garson Family Trust. Larry Lawrence of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented Rippy, while Robert Leiter and Elizabeth Hughes of the same office represented the trust.
CT Realty Corp., Newport Beach, sold the 280-unit Village Oaks apartment complex at 15773 High Knoll Drive in Chino Hills for $30.5 million to Invesco Realty Advisors. Mary Ann King and Scott Davis of Moran & Co.’s Costa Mesa office represented both parties.
Associated Research Inc. bought a 10,979-square-foot building at 17711 Mitchell North in Irvine from Michael H. Gray. Dave Travis of Voit Commercial Brokerage negotiated the $1.5 million sale for Gray, and CB Richard Ellis represented Associated Research.
Cornerstone Ventures sold two Anaheim buildings for $1.7 million to Christopher and Cynthia Michaels. The buildings at 1030-1040 Armando St. total 22,407 square feet. Ashwill Associates represented the Michaels and Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Cornerstone.
Hydroscape bought a 14,810-square-foot building at 33012 Calle Aviador in San Juan Capistrano from Turner San Juan LLC. Rob Socci, along with Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner, of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Turner San Juan. IPC Commercial Real Estate represented Hydroscape.
Mammoth Equities sold an 11,700-square-foot building at 845 Baker St. in Costa Mesa to Nareh and Renu Arya for $1.9 million. Alan Pekarcik and Tyson Theel of Voit Commercial Brokerage completed the sale for Mammoth Equities. Collins Commerical represented the Aryas.
The Campbell and Griffith Trust purchased a 47,433-square-foot industrial complex at 7311-7341 Anaconda Ave. in Garden Grove from Voit Development Co. for $3.3 million. Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and John Pagliassotti of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim metro office represented Voit, while Jeff Chiate of Cushman and Wakefield represented the trust.
Ninos I LP bought three buildings totaling 53,375 square feet from Brea Towers C Ltd. for $3.4 million. The buildings are at 420, 460, and 480 Lambert Road in Brea. Rob Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented both parties in the deal.
John Bridges purchased a 10,800-square-foot industrial building from Jeff Grand Partners LP for $890,000. David Cox of Ashwill Associates represented both parties.
Teco Diagnostics acquired a 38,900-square-foot building at 1268 N. Lakeview Ave. in Anaheim from Art Granito. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commerical Brokerage represented Teco, and Lee & Associates represented Granito.

Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America renewed its lease for three buildings totaling 93,344 square feet of office space in Cypress. Jeff Manly and Ken Robertson of The Staubach Co. represented Mitsubishi. John Muller of Muller Commercial and Pat Maloney of ProLogis represented the landlords.
Ditrans Corp. signed a 12,342-square-foot lease at 21 Technology Drive in the Irvine Spectrum. Barry Gail of Cushman and Wakefield represented Ditrans, and landlord The Irvine Company represented itself.
Wahlco Inc. leased a 43,380-square-foot building at 3600 W. Segerstrom Ave. in Santa Ana from South County Properties for $2.6 million. David Desper of CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office represented Wahlco, and Dawson Davenport of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented South County Properties.
Landlord Orix Searless signed a $1.2 million lease with the U.S. government for a 9,043-square-foot Santa Ana office suite at 1921 Alton. The government was represented by Steve Lane of Voit Commercial Brokerage, and Orix Searless was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
Marina Mortgage leased a 10,215-square-foot office suite at 111 Pacifica in the Irvine Spectrum. The seven-year lease was valued at $2.3 million. Legacy Farms signed a six-year lease for an 84,600-square-foot building at The CommerceCentre in Buena Park. The contract is valued at $5 million. OTHER
L.J. Melody & Co., a CB Richard Ellis company, has arranged financing in the amount of $9,194,000 for The Crescent Heights Apartments in Ranch Cucamonga. The apartment complex contains 124 units. Freddie Mac provided financing on behalf of Crescent Heights Apts. Troy Tegeler in L.J. Melody’s Newport Beach office and Doug Mueller in the Phoenix office arranged funding for the transaction.
The Mariners Church in Irvine received a $21 million loan from Bank of America to finance the expansion of the church and its facilities. The funds will be used to purchase land from The Irvine Company to expand the church’s campus from 24 acres to 40 acres.
